The King of the Blues himself, B.B. King released a new album this week featuring covers of old blues songs from his early influences. With production by T. Bone Burnett (Elvis Costello, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss), the set revisits the music that influenced B.B. in the '50s, the beginning of King's extraordinary professional journey that literally changed the texture of modern blues playing.
