Holiday Wishes

For the past 14 years the United Way has compiled Holiday Wishes, a registry of the volunteer opportunities and donation needs of many local nonprofit organizations.

And this year is no exception.

The holidays are supposed to be the season of giving, a time when those of us who have plenty give something to our community members in need. And this year, more so than any other, there are many Richmonders in need.

Whether you're looking to give some of your time, money or simply a holiday gift to a family, the United Way's Directory of Donation Needs & Volunteer Opportunities can help you choose who, what and where you give.
