Retail Property Sold in Henrico

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce the sale of 8200 West Broad Street in Henrico County, Virginia.

 

Mugford Property Associates, Inc. purchased the approx. 41,112 sq.ft. property situated on 4.19 acres from Royal Oldsmobile Company and E.W. Mugford for $3,000,000 and will operate the Royal Collision Center at this location.

 

Millard F. Jones, II of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
