You voted, we counted: You say lack of parental involvement in students' education is the biggest problem in city schools. We recently posed the question, "What do you think is wrong with the City of Richmond schools?" Here are the results:

44 percent -- Lack of parental involvement in students' education.

22 percent -- They're under funded.

19 percent -- I don't know, but I fear whatever the issues are, my child's education would be worse for it.

8 percent -- They're not diverse enough.

6 percent -- Poor quality teachers.

1 percent -- Nothing. They're fine as-is.

Our newest poll is: "What's the biggest issue the next mayor will face?" Head to the homepage and vote now! Look for the results on Monday.
