The house in Midlothian where "Supernanny" is filming an upcoming episode.

Watch out, Richmond.  The Supernanny is in Midlothian

She's been filming her reality TV show at a home in the upscale Springford neighborhood in Midlothian.

The chosen family has two sets of twins, which certainly sounds like a job for Supernanny.  According to sources, the father is a pharmaceutical sales manager and the mother stays at home.  The big news in the neighborhood is that the father was seen in the backyard jumping on the trampoline with the twins, which is out of the ordinary for the family.

The signature Supernanny car with the Supernanny plates has been spotted parked outside the house over the last few weeks.  Two RVs rented by the crew are also parked outside the house.

It's a tan house with black shutters.  The windows have been black-screened for filming.  The TV crew has been onsite and filming for two and a half weeks.

"She's not here right now," Tommy Coriale, production manager, said last night when we visited the location.  "She gives them homework, let's them work on it.  Then she comes back to check on them."

The crew expects to wrap up filming this Sunday, April 5, 2009.  Supernanny will be back on the premises before she packs her bags and heads to the next family in need.

In case you haven't seen the reality TV series, Supernanny arrives to help out families who need help raising their children.  According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, it is possible the Midlothian episode could air before the season ends on May 1, although a firm air date has not been set.  Read more on the story.
