The former Mechanicsville native Jason Mraz won his first two Grammys at last night's award program.
Mraz won for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Make It Mine," the title track from "We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things." Mraz also won Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for "Lucky," his duet with Colbie Caillat. That Grammy was awarded during the pre-show.
Richmond band Lamb of God did not win Best Metal Performance. Their song "Set to Fail" was nominated, but it lost out to Judas Priest's "Dissident Aggressor."
