The Cellar Door, serving a mix of Mediterranean and South American style food, is now open in the basement space of the Stuart Circle Apartments.
Owners Justin Adly and Kevin Wilson wanted a place that could serve as a cafe by day and a wine bar by night. They found the location at 1600 Monument Avenue to be a good fit and set to work transforming the space.
