Fan houses. The grace, the charm, the history. We drive by them everyday and wonder...what would it be like to live there?

This weekend, wonder no more because it's the Fan Holiday House Tour.

The tour consists of eight homes located around Meadow Park, at Park and Meadow, making it a comfortable walking tour. Retreat Doctors’ Hospital will be a hospitality center where tourgoers may use the parking deck. And a trolley will be shuttling visitors back and forth between the hospital and Meadow Park.

The Fan District is one of the largest and least altered historic townhouse districts in the South, featuring beautiful homes from the late 19th and early 20th century.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the tour. Go to the Fan Holiday House website to find where you can purchase tickets.
