Thus far the 2010 #steakchatRVAs have tackled the Young Professional Business Climate and Richmond Neighborhoods: The Changing Character of the Places We Call Home, all with the help of moderator John Sarvay, founder of Floricane and the popular Richmond blog "Buttermilk and Molasses."
