The recent news that Richmond is "One of Fastest-Declining Cities in World" felt a bit like a body-blow yesterday.
Our beloved RVA has seemingly been on such an upswing lately, what with having two companies named on Fortune's "Best Companies To Work For," plus being called one of the best cities for dating in the last few weeks.
