In less than a month, almost everyone in town will be seeing green.
St. Patrick’s Day is Thursday, March 17. If you have yet to make plans, don’t worry. We’ve got the full rundown to St. Patrick's Day festivities going on at Richmond's favorite Irish pubs, bars, clubs and more.

Thursday, March 17
Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day at Black Finnegan’s, usually known as Black Finn. Doors open at 9 a.m. for Kegs and Eggs. All day, enjoy special Irish menus, bagpipers and basketball viewings on the TVs. Also, there’s a special VIP bash at 9 p.m.

Each Capital Ale House location (Downtown, Innsbrook, and Midlothian) will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in a different way.
Enter the Haggis, a Celtic rock band, will play from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. Ages 21 and up. Along with the performance, enjoy Irish beers, food specials, beads and dancing. It’s $20 in advance or $25 the day of the show. Call 804-643-2537 for more information.

The Atkinsons 8:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.
St. Andrews Legion Pipes and Drums will be playing periodically throughout the event.
Local Irish band Tinkers Dam will be performing, as well as the St. Andrews Legion Pipes and Drums.
St. Patrick's Day After Work Showdown: U2 vs. Yacht Rock, featuring Even Better Than The Real Thing - U2 Tribute and Three Sheets To The Wind, America's #1 Tribute to Yacht Rock. 6 p.m. $6 before 6 p.m., $8 after.
Stop by the Hanover Taven for Celtic Music in the theater from Turf Fire for St. Patrick's Day. 7 p.m. $3 suggested donation per guest.
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at Lucky McBuddha's with green beer and green beads. Don't forget to wear green or you'll get pinched. DJ Matt Busch at 10 p.m.
Mekong is doing a "St. Patrick's Day is Visiting St. Bernadus in Belgium." Which means, they'll be tasting several Belgian beers tonight, followed by half Guinness and half St. Bernadus.

Starting St. Patrick’s Day at 11 a.m., Irish bands will play until 1 a.m. the next day. There will also be bagpipe performers, Irish dishes, food specials and dinner and beverage specials.

Rare Olde Times will be celebrating St. Patrick’s from 11 a.m. Thursday to 1 a.m. Friday. Performances may include Uisce Beatha, Andy and Cindy and more. There’s a five dollar cover charge, and a fixed menu price at about $10 per entrée. There are also fixed beverage prices for satellite stations: $4 domestic and rail drinks and $5 foreign.

Siné will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Party that kicks off Thursday. Bands will play on Friday night and all Saturday. Saturday also begins their 12th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Street Party, which includes bands and DJ James and ends on Sunday.
