RVA pop rock band Prabir and the Substitutes have been mention in national publications such as the All Music Guide, Paste, and the A.V. Club.

Now they're releasing a new CD entitled "Hello" at Gallery 5. They'll be performing with special guests David Shultz and The Skyline, Palominos and Duchess Of York. Doors open at 7pm and show starts at 8pm. This show is only $5.
