Bring your pets out to the second annual Richmond SPCAbenefit art show at Art Works in the Manchester District.

The show, called ‘DOGMATIC CatAsTrophy,’ will take place on Friday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. and will feature dog-and-cat-themed artwork only.

Pets are welcome to attend the show, participate in the fashion show and enjoy the pet buffet catered by Three Dog Bakery. Outside of Art Works, 4th Street will be closed to host pet-vendors, pet-wares, musicians and the Richmond SPCA Tail-Wag’n vehicle.

Last year over $1,000 was raised for the Richmond SPCA during the silent auction and art sales. A dog food drive will also take place this year to help stock the SPCA pet pantry. Bring an item of cat or dog food for a free raffle ticket.
